Not only beautiful and sturdy, but for one relatively mechanically challenged, I was able to put this baby together in <2 hours without screaming bloody murder over the typical horrifying workmanship on everything else I've ever purchased with "some assembly required". This was well designed and things that were supposed to match, in fact, did. Glad this is what we bought and recommend you consider this brand and particular model seriously... Peace!

I got this stand for my 46'' LCD TV. ITS AWESOME!

Its very heavy, so its sturdy, the parts are very stable, its elegant looking...if you are careful and use mostly HDMI cables you can even hide the wires so no one sees them.

All aces, if you are looking for a black and glass style stand, this is the one.

The screen can be manuvered to adjust to different seating areas in the room...GET IT!

Worthwhile TV stand for almost any size

This stand is sturdy and elegant, and seems almost gravity defying. The front shelf is held up by two small metal supports and it feels solid but doesn't look it. I'd have preferred a more sturdy-looking design I guess since I hate seeing my TV float on thin air. I was sent two 'top' bars instead of a top and bottom bar, which meant I wasn't able to put the feet on the bottom of the stand. My top shelf tilts slightly forward, due to the unique design.

Anyway, I easily put it together in a couple hours by myself. The glass looks absolutely fantastic. Everything about this stand looks high quality; it doesn't look like a cheap stand you got at IKEA. Easily fits my receiver, three consoles, and my center speaker. Given the chance to buy something else, I'd probably get a more traditional 'boxy' TV stand with a support at each corner, but you can do far worse than this stand.

Good looking, lacking wall mount

The product is very nicely designed and easy to assemble. Looks great, which is why we picked it in the first place, however we mistook it to have an integrated wall mount (the photo is not very clear) which is really the way to go with a 55" TV and were disappointed to see it was not the case. We ended up having to buy an independent wall mount which obviously made the total cost much higher than originally planned.
The stand surfaces are spacious and functional, although concealing the wires is a bit tricky using the designated (central) opening and channel in the back, especially if you have a 7.1 audio system, which means you have to connect to 7 speakers in addition to the few HDMI connectors from the receiver to other components.
